Snow and Engagements

This winter I have gained an apprecitation for the winter scene. Snow used to not be my friend. I never liked going outside in the winter and now that I have had many sessions during these colder months, I crave a beautiful winter wonderland! It is incredible to get an all white winter landscape and I think we captured the essence of that in this session with Niccole and Ian. You always learn a lot about your clients while shooting. It is a great way to keep couples feeling comfortable to!

Niccole and Ian met in math class at college and joked that they both have to take it again…guess math wasn’t their main focus ;). I actually knew Ian before this session, we went to high school together! I also shot his sister’s missionary photos which you can find linked here.

They were such troopers and climbed around in some pretty deep snow at some points! It was fun getting to know them a bit better while taking some awesome shots! Can’t wait for their formals!
