Hello, I am Kailey Rae. I never planned to be a photographer, it sorta just happened. I got a camera when I graduated high school and then made Connor (that cute guy on the left) go on photo drives with me when we were in College. We would stop at different locations and take pictures for hours. I have so many photos from that time and I realized it was so important to document. I decided that was what I wanted to do for others, and here we are.
My family is everything to me. My daughter Avett is a wild child who keeps us on our toes. Her fluffy hair and toothy grins stop strangers in their tracks. Connor keeps us grounded. His calm demeanor and patience is something I admire. He does video work and we often get to work together, which is THE BEST. You can check out his work here.
I love TV Shows, short ones to be exact. I can't focus for much longer than 20 minutes anyway. I love a good Lime Rickey, though I don't drink soda that often. I prefer staying in over going out, I love the mountains, but would choose a beach vacation any day. I love Disneyland and my family goes for days at a time (Connor didn't know this when he married me!). I have listened to hours of true crime podcasts while editing #SSDGM. I love to travel, we have been many places together and we plan to continue the adventure with Avett.
I am so grateful for what I do, for the friendships I have made and the people I have met. This is truly a dream and I thank everyone who has ever trusted me with their special moments!
