Antelope Island is located out west of the Salt Lake Valley. It has a wide range of animals and The Great Salt Lake. When I shoot at Antelope Island, I often run into Bison and see gorgeous sunsets. It is a great location year round (minus the spring when the bugs hatch) and I always recommend it this time of year. The earth tones this location brings keeps your images natural and beautiful!
I am beyond excited to be photographing Hailey and Mitch. Hailey has been a family friend for years and she is just the sweetest thing! I am glad she has found such an awesome guy! We got some beautiful light during our session. We actually had to reschedule our date because it was supposed to rain. I am so glad we did or else we would have missed out on this hazy sunlight.
The Causeway is one of my favorite places to shoot on the island because of how the light reflects on the water and the mountains. The water was frozen over so we got some amazing icey blue tones that worked perfectly with their formal outfits. I couldn’t have loved it more! These two rocked their engagements and I cannot wait for formals.
