Let me tell you about the day of the Brimley Wedding. It was a Wednesday (a FANTASTIC day to be married) in May and the whole week had been clear and beautiful, but the morning of their wedding it poured! I was so nervous because it was really the first time I personally have shot in such rainy weather and I was just praying it would all turn out OK! My husband came with me and was the best assistant. He held an umbrella to make sure none of my gear would get ruined. As we walked up to the temple grounds the rain began to lighten up and I noticed how amazing the colors were! The rain brings out such rich and vibrant colors and I began to get so excited! When Shantel and Russ came out, they didn’t mind the rain at all, they were beyond ecstatic to be married and you can really see that in these photos. The rain even stopped for a little bit and the sun came out! It really was a beautiful day for them and I am so happy the weather didn’t rain on their parade.
GiusyBravissima! You were able to turn a rainy day into a day full of poetry and romanticism. I like your pictures very much, really, if i lived there, i would like to congratulate you in person. Most of all, i like the fact that you are used to introducing the pictures with a short story about the people you are working with. It makes the pictures even more significant.I know, we live very far away, but, if I lived there, I would like to ask you to take a few pictures of me too. Continue this way, you are very talented.
